Prenatal massage is massage therapy for pregnant women.  It has been shown to produce numerous health benefits including: relieving musculoskeletal aches and pains, decreasing muscle tension, relieving leg cramps, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving sleep quality, and improving labor outcome. Prenatal massage focuses on adapting massage technique and client positioning strategies to accommodate the needs of the mother to be. 

Picture Perfect Baby, LLC will not administer a prenatal massage if the client is in her First Trimester.  Picture Perfect Baby encourages the client to get written consent from their OB-GYN before receiving a prenatal massage.
